The Authority is overseen by the Board of Commissioners which is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and supervision of all public parking facilities within the corporate limits of the Town, centering on those in its central business district. The Authority is self-supporting; it pays for all expenses, including debts, from the money it collects from parking revenues.

Meets typically on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m., 14 Maple Ave. Suite 101. Summer schedule may vary. Meeting Dates
