Note: Any change in Tenancy must have a copy or number of the Certificate of Habitability attached. Otherwise the Rent Registration Form will be rejected and returned to landlord/agent. No rent increase will allowed without rent control form accept by the Rent Control Office.
The Rent Regristration Form must be complete, signed and accurate for it to be accepted. Morristown form must be used.
